Kimberly Penrose
Kimberly Penrose is the founder of Be Forever FITness, a uniquely personal approach to training. She specializes in jump-starting clients who are busy and want to prioritize their health once again, in helping current and former athletes enhance and recover skills, and in assisting clients who prefer to work out in non-gym environments.
Kimberly is a former teacher with a strong background in education; she is a certified yoga instructor and has trained and studied physical fitness for over ten years. She has held a variety of leadership roles that have prepared her for any scenario fitness can throw her way. She teaches a variety of group and individual classes, from high intensity to flow yoga, to meet her clients’ needs.
Kimberly is not your average trainer: she mixes programs to meet custom, client-focused fitness goals, and to teach clients to enjoy unconventional movement. She especially loves meeting clients outside or in their own homes, where she gets creative by using unlikely resources for workouts. Her experience with HIIT, body resistance training, flexibility, self-care stretches, mind to body connection meditations, and body confidence allows her to successfully train in all environments.
