Wellness Overhaul Course

 

Week 1: We will discuss Eating Hygiene and the impact it has on our digestion and mineral absorption. I will teach you how to optimize this during your meals

Week 2: How is your sleep? Are you laying in bed and can't sleep? Are you scrolling on your phone/laptop before bed? Are you watching TV to fall asleep? We will discuss sleeping hygiene and why it is important. I will teach you bedtime routines to implement right away!

Week 3: What is hiding in your daily routines that could be flooding you with toxins? We will be talking about chemicals to stay away from and how to overhaul your home!

Week 4: Are you anxious? Are you tired? Are you drinking loads of caffeine to stay awake? Are you waking up between 2-4 am? Are you having racing thoughts before bed? This week will be focused on cortisol and how it affects us, what can we do lower our cortisol levels?

These classes will repeat every 4 weeks
