I believe we each have the answers to our own questions inside of us, but we do not trust ourselves enough to know it. Past experiences can cloud our perspectives and residual emotions prevent us from letting go. Breathwork is the quickest way to release the negative energy that gets stuck in our body so that we can find clarity, inner calm and ultimately be a happier person.
My goal with all my breathwork sessions is to create a supportive environment where my clients feel safe and connected to themselves. I guide the class through a conscious circular breathing technique, set to a curated playlist that creates the space for you to go inward, release the emotions that hold you back and then ends with a loving grounding meditation.
I am a student of life practicing meditation, yoga and breathwork to continuously learn about myself, discover new possibilities and expand more love in this world.
