Option one / Fitness Plan Party is a 60-minute private session in which you’ll work 1 on 1 with Sarah to learn and start to create a plan for how to find fitness you actually enjoy — OR you can choose a session where you learn and create a plan for how to have consistent fitness for LIFE, how to make fitness a seamless part of your lifestyle.  (valued at over $165)

Option two / Fitness Plan & Play is a 60-minute private session where you will first plan: aka start to create the fun fitness or consistent fitness plan listed above in option 1...  And then PLAY!: aka get energized and joyful with 1 on 1 personal training. You’ll also walk away with a written workout plan that you can do anywhere and easily fit in your busy schedule!  (valued at over $215)

Sarah Grimaud

Sarah has been sharing her LOVE of fitness for over 10 years!  She's NOT your typical personal trainer!!  You will never hear Sarah suggest you lose weight or body shame you in any way; it's all about YOUR unique goals and desires (which may or may not(!!) be weight/body size related). She's most passionate about how fitness supports your mental health and all of the incredible non physical benefits of fitness (energy, more productivity and so much more!) 
 
She specializes in making fitness easy and consistent in your life...as well as FUN!  Life is to be enjoyed - so why wouldn't you want your workouts to be fun also? :)  All of her work with clients is completely customized and personalized to your specific needs.  Listening to your body and proper movement is of utmost importance to her!  She will help you fall in love with fitness (hint: that's what helps you have consistent fitness for LIFE ;)!)  She does all of this through her virtual and in person 1 on 1 and small group personal training offerings as well as her transformative 90-day program, the Feel GREAT Fitness Formula (helping women who struggle with workout consistency to finally have a routine that sticks!)
 
She's a certified Personal Trainer, certified Group Fitness Instructor (Zumba dance, weights, bootcamp & more), and certified Behavior Change Specialist (plus more!).  What led her to where she is today?  Her passion for teaching Zumba dance classes led her to teach other group fitness classes. In teaching both her Zumba and non-Zumba classes, she noticed the lack of student understanding for safe and effective body movements (squats, lunges etc).
